Turning Ideas Into Implementation
Hartsfield Health Systems was launched from a passion to continue facilitating collaborative innovations in the health and social needs systems. Being a part of the last 10 years of transformation enabled by the Affordable Care Act provided invaluable perspective into the evolving ecosystem of health reform that I am eager to share with others. The unique perspective I gained through operationalizing a CMMI Primary Care Demonstration component from within a community organization fueled my passion further for building greater community clinical connections.
